Terms of Service
1. All payments will be made through Ko-Fi or directly through Paypal Invoices. I will not work with you if you can’t do that. I will not take other forms of payment.


2. I require half payment upfront, and the other half after the commission is done. This ensures that if you ghost me I'll still get half the money I'm owed.


3. Full References/Descriptions are REQUIRED for most Commissions. This includes things like Poses, basic personality traits, Mood/Tone, otherwise I’m more than likely to get things wrong. The only time this is not a requirement is if you are getting a Character Design from me-which is more labour intensive on my part.


4. I usually post my finished commission work to my socials as both content, and examples of my work-please tell me if you’d rather I not do this.


5. No Refunds. The only exception is if you have to cancel and my work hasn't yet begun. Do not commission me unless you are CERTAIN you want my art!


6. You may not remove my signature, or alter my art in any way. You may not claim my art as your own.


7. DO NOT put my art into AI programs, or use it for NFT's, fake currencies, etc. Do not use AI to alter my artwork or copy it. You do not have my permission to use my art for anything like this.

Extra Info
1. No concrete delivery/finish times because I'm terrible at guessing these things and will 100% over estimate my ability to work on things daily. Unless you've asked for a particularly detailed or intensive Full Colour/Shading art, your commission should never take more then 2 or 3 weeks MAX.
2. Reach out if you have concerns, I can't ease any stress or confusion if I don't know it exists. I will attempt to keep active contact, and I expect you to as well.
3. Art made for commercial use needs to be discussed and agreed upon beforehand. Commercial art will have an extra charge applied to it to accomodate for the money you will make off of my work.
4. I do not work on Saturdays and Sundays. Do not expect updates on those days, let me have my 2 days off.
5. Contact me if you want multiple characters in your Commission-this will increase the price!
